Does Layers Architecture design in both Dubai and Sharjah?
Yes. We design and supervise projects across all seven emirates — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and beyond — with our studio based in Sharjah. Beyond the UAE, we also take on projects internationally.
How long does villa design typically take, from concept to completion?
The concept design stage generally takes about one month, covering initial concept, planning, client presentation, render images, and animation. Once the concept is approved, we move into schematic design and design development — that timeline depends on the scale and complexity of the project.
Does Layers Architecture handle interior design as well as architecture?
Yes. We work across architecture, interior design, and landscape design — one continuous process, from the building shell through to the spaces and gardens within it.
What types of projects does Layers Architecture take on?
We take on any project with genuine design substance — architecture, interiors, and landscape alike. Our core specializations are residential, hospitality, cultural, religious, and educational buildings, alongside select iconic and landmark projects.
Where has Layers Architecture built — UAE only, or internationally?
We are licensed to design and build directly in the UAE and India. For projects elsewhere, we design in partnership with local architects of record, who support permitting and construction delivery in their jurisdiction.
